Noura Marien is a Belgian-Moroccan visual artist, with a multi-disciplinary practise. She explores tactility within the digital, creating 2D illustrative works that verge on the three-dimensional.
She obtained her master in visual arts at the Sint Lucas University of Antwerp in 2024, with her experimental videogame 'niemandsland', using only analogue animation techniques. Since 2024, she has taken on the role of house artist at the corso theatre in Berchem, Antwerp.
Noura has collaborated with author and poet Astrid Haerens, Belgian music ensemble I SOLISTI, and choreographer Laura Daelemans. Her work has been published by multidisciplinary literary magazine DIG (De Internet Gids), c o r s o theatre magazine, Het Perron, Tuig, d'Academie and has been presented by de Warande, Maalstroom and the On Boards Biennale 2023 in Antwerp.

At the moment, she is presenting a 45' animated film as part of the full evening dance performance 'MANA' by Laura Daelemans with I SOLISTI, in Schouwburg Noord and KMSKA.
